The ultimate Little Black Dress workout plan

So it’s here… the songs are playing, the shops are manic and ‘brrrr’ baby it’s cold outside – that’s right…it’s CHRISTMAS!

It’s a busy time of year, and we know how difficult it is for you to fit in that all important workout to feel fab and look fantastic for that important festive party season. No matter what style your LBD is…you want to look fab in it this Christmas.

Don’t panic, your Live Borders Christmas gift is here early, the ultimate Little Black Dress workout plan that will make sure you turn up the heat… even when the snow is falling.

So how does it work?

Each week you have a training plan to refer to, helping you target those areas that need a little TLC before your slip into your LBD! Don't worry we'll be reminding you throughout the weeks to keep you motivated and on track.

What will I need?

  • All of the workouts are designed for completion at the gym, so feel free to pop along for a visit and ask about a Live Borders One Club membership.
  • Plenty of water – The majority of the weekly workouts are high intensity, treat yourself to a nice new water bottle and drink little and often to stay hydrated.
  • A fully stocked fridge! All of that working out will leave you hungry, and it’s easier to make healthy choices when you’re prepared. Our top tips: It’s never too early for turkey – lean protein that you can use in chilli or warming curries, winner! Try this Don’t forget those cranberries too -  full of heart and skin loving nutrients!

  • Week 2 - Best in Class (Week beginning November 28)

    Fitness, like everything, can get boring without variation, after all, we don’t wear the same outfit to every Christmas do! This week is ‘Best in Class’ week, and we’ve got the perfect recommendations to keep the workout fun and to keep your motivation high. See it here.
  • Week 3 – Trouble Time (Week beginning December 5) 

    The weeks are flying in and this week’s training focuses on your trouble spot. With lots of those actions you mastered in week one, it’s time to add those accessories! Target your workout using an additional targeted technique.
