Professor Stramash conducts a headlong dash through the entire history of Scotland and Scottish Literature as he invites the audience to answer the question, Whit like? What is Scotland like? Is Scotland like anything? What, indeed, is Scotland?

Questions such as these will be considered, if never finally answered, as the Professor, discovering the possibilities of theatre as he goes, guides us in his inimitably erudite yet deranged manner through the centuries.
