Covid-19 & service updates
An update on COVID restrictions – Monday 18 April 2022
The legal requirement to wear face coverings in most indoor public spaces and on public transport became guidance on 18 April 2022.
It is strongly recommended that face coverings continue to be worn where appropriate – including in indoor crowded spaces and on public transport – as members of the public are advised to carry on taking sensible precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Giving you space:
For some activites with limited capacity, and where appropriate we recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
It is still important to look after your physical and mental wellbeing and we are here to support you every step of the way. Safety of customers and staff remains our priority and we continue to take the appropriate measures to ensure a safe and spacious environment; our existing strict hygiene regimes and improved venue ventilation will continue to keep all activities as safe as is possible.
Indoor adult (non-professional) contact sport and physical activity is now permitted.
Physical distancing (of 1m) between groups (maximum 3 households per group) is not longer required.
Saunas and steam rooms are closed until further updated guidance.
We continue to encourage all customers to test regularly and wear face covering as required.
Additional detailed sector specific guidance will continue to be issued and we will keep you fully informed.
We continue to maintain a high standard of hygiene measures across our sites:
- We ensure high levels of hygiene are maintained
- Sanitising stations available throughout facilities
- Ventilation to ensure fresh air continues to circulate
- Pre-booking to ensure numbers monitored for a comfortable and safe experience
