There remains a requirement for members to let us know when they are coming to the Gym. After a successful trial period, we will retain the booking process in place now, using 15 minute booking slots.
This allows you to attend the Gym at any time. Think of it as a check-in process, rather than pre-booking. The system allows flexibility, so don’t worry if you don’t arrive exactly at the time you booked.

Cardiovascular Equipment: 2 x Treadmill, 2 x Crosstrainer, 1 x bike, 1 x recumbent bike, 2 x rowers, 1 x assault bike, 1 x watt bike, 11 x spin bikes.
Fixed weights, free weights and functional training equipment: Lat pull down & seated row (7kg-91kg), chest press (7kg-91kg), shoulder press (7kg-91kg), leg press (16kg-100kg), rear/chest fly (7kg-91kg), leg extension/curl (7kg-91kg), single cable pulley machine, pump bar with plates (1.25kg-4.5kg), TRX, battle rope, 3 x Swiss balls, 5 x sandbags (10kg-30kg), dumbbells (1kg-25kg), kettlebells (4kg-16kg), medicine balls (2kg-5kg), slam balls (5kg-15kg), adjustable step and plyometric box.
