Overview

Currently we are in Level 3 under the Scottish Governments new structure of local Covid protection levels. See our phased reopening plan we published on 14 April – details of this can be found here.

All sessions must be booked in advance.

We have put new hygiene measures in place in line with COVID-19 regulations. Please arrive ‘beach ready’ just a couple of minutes before your session. More information can be found in our FAQ’s.

Currently we are not taking bookings for anybody under the age of 10 in general lane swimming sessions.

We also have Family Swimming Sessions that are open for people from one household up to a maximum of five people.

Please book the lane to suit your ability or session plan. There will be a maximum of eight swimmers per double lane and lanes will be split into faster and slower lanes.

Selkirk Leisure Centre has free car parking. There is an area where it is possible to watch the swimmers in action with vending machines offering a range of snacks as well as hot and cold drinks. There are also changing facilities with showers, hair-dryers and lockers.

The Leisure Centre also manages bookings for the adjacent Selkirk Victoria Campsite. Sites cost £13 per night unpowered, or £18.50 per night for a powered site. Use of the Leisure Centre's toilets and showers are included in the price. Please contact the Leisure Centre to book your campsite.
