Ticket Exchanges & Refunds

Please check the details of your booking confirmation as it is your responsibility to ensure you have booked for the right event, time and date. We are unable to change bookings made under mistaken circumstances.

No refunds or exchanges are available, except when a film, broadcast or live event is cancelled or the date is changed. Exchanges for films or broadcasts are limited to another showing of the same title.

Where the date of a live event is changed, tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date unless a refund is requested. We cannot exchange for a different event within the same purchase.

If you are unable to make the date of the film or event, we recommend you firstly try to sell the ticket(s) privately, as we can only offer a resale if the event has sold out in advance.  Resales may incur an administration charge.

For events purchased through a third party (i.e. if you purchased from a ticket agency with additional fees) where the event has cancelled, the full face-value of your ticket will be refunded, but booking fees, transaction fee and postage cost (if applicable) may be non-refundable.  You should contact point of purchase in the first instance if this happens.
