Introducing the 2026 Triathlon Series

Get ready for a season of excitement, challenge, and community spirit as the 2026 Triathlon Series arrives across four iconic Borders venues — Galashiels, Selkirk, and Peebles. With events for athletes aged 5 and up, this year’s programme offers something for every ability and every ambition.

Take your pick from a wide range of races, including Family Events, Junior Series races, Come and Tri, Sprint, Aquabike, Aquarun, Standard Distance, Standard Relay, and Duathlon. Whether you’re trying your first triathlon or chasing a personal best, there’s a start line waiting for you.

The Sprint, Junior, and Come and Tri categories each form their own series — complete three events to earn points and compete for prizes. On the day, we also celebrate achievement with age-group awards across all adult events.

All finishers receive a medal to mark their accomplishment. You can also commemorate your season with an optional 2026 Race Series T-shirt.
