HEALTH CONDITIONS CLASS TIMETABLE

All classes are available to you either as a member,

or a pay as you go referral customer.

There is a charge of £4.50 per class for non-members.

Gentle Movement classes and Walking Hockey are £2.50.

Walks are free of charge.

Classes highlighted with * are open to all, while those in

black are for our referral clients only.
