Gym Induction and Programme
Your first visit to a gym can be a daunting experience, so our staff are on hand to show you around the gym and explain how to use the variety of equipment. Inductions are a great way to learn some new exercises or discover how to use equipment you have never tried before. We recommend that everyone completes a gym induction to ensure that you have a safe and effective workout.
