Art Fundamentals: Course one - Getting Started

Overview

A group of 4-week courses on various aspects of art fundamentals from drawing, painting to collage and printmaking. A practising artist will deliver each session and will demonstrate and guide you through. Whether you are a beginner or more practiced artist these courses will offer a wide range of techniques and processes for you to get creative!

Time: 6.30-8.30pm

Thursday 1st October – Getting started in pencil

Thursday 8th October – Using charcoal

Thursday 15th October – Mark making

Thursday 22nd October – Dynamic painting

Tina brings over two decades of professional experience working within the arts and community settings.
She successfully operates an art studio, specialising in fine art workshops, life drawing, printmaking and mixed media, she also exhibits both in solo and group shows. As a qualified art teacher and experienced community arts practitioner, Tina is passionate about making creative opportunities accessible and has worked collaboratively with a wide range of partners, venues and communities.
