Duns Exhibition Room
Overview
This museum is currently closed.
Duns Exhibition Room is located in the local Library Contact Centre, providing a flexible space for local history and art exhibitions. The town is in the north of the Borders and has a tumultuous history, with connections to the Battle of Flodden and the Battle of Dunbar. During the ‘Rough Wooing’ of the 1500s, Duns was burned down three times and was badly damaged in raids.
The exhibition space hosts a wide variety of current art installations as well as local interest events.
