Supporting Health, Wellbeing and Active Lifestyles Across the Scottish Borders
Live Well with Live Borders
Whether you are looking to improve your own wellbeing, support someone you care about, or refer a patient or client, Live Well is here to help.
Through specialist health programmes, community activities, supported exercise opportunities and wellbeing initiatives, we help people across the Scottish Borders become more active, improve their health and stay connected to their communities.
Our qualified instructors, volunteers and partners provide welcoming and inclusive opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to move more, feel better and live well.
Sessions take place across the Scottish Borders in Live Borders facilities, community venues and outdoor spaces.
