Tumbliboo Soft Play FAQ’s

What precautions is Tumbliboo Soft Play taking to prevent the possible spread of COVID-19? 

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our equipment, with all items being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between sessions. However, we recognise that we need to take extra steps to prevent the possible spread of COVID-19, so:

• All soft play sessions will need to be booked in advance.
• Adhere to the Track & Trace programme
• Operate with reduced numbers of adults and children per session
• Encourage social distancing
• Have hand sanitiser available
• Clean and disinfect between each session
• Deep clean at the end of the day
• Close the ball pit and remove loose toys in accordance with soft play industry guidelines 

Do I need to book a session?

There is now no requirement to pre-book your Tumbliboo session.

Do I need to wear a face covering? 

All adults must wear masks at all times, except when sitting at your table. Children are not required to wear masks when participating in activity.

Tumbliboo membership

For our Tumbliboo fans, we offer Membership.

This membership allows you unlimited access for just £10 per month. Simply speak to the team on site to set this up.
