Live Well Classes

Our Live Well Classes are designed to help you move more, feel better, and improve your overall wellbeing in a friendly and supportive environment.

Whether you’re returning to exercise after a break, managing a health condition, recovering from illness or injury, or simply looking for a gentler way to stay active, these classes provide a welcoming space where everyone can participate at their own pace.

Led by qualified instructors, each session focuses on improving mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and confidence while supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. With a variety of class options available, there’s something to suit all abilities and fitness levels.
