Innerleithen Library Contact Centre
Scottish Borders Council has announced the phased reopening of Contact Centres/Library Contact Centres as more services restart following the easing of COVID restrictions.
Five frontline facilities have reopened, in Kelso, Duns, Coldstream, Eyemouth and Selkirk.
These will provide access to the full range of pre-COVID face-to-face services for customers.
Service requirements will be closely monitored and where achievable and sustainable the reopening and extension of services will be accelerated.
Work is ongoing to ensure that the Council’s six other Contact Centres/Library Contact Centres are able to open as soon as possible.
