Sports Massage
Kate is our degree-qualified Sports Therapist who also instructs BodyPump classes, and offers treatments at various times throughout the week, TriFitness members receive a 10% discount on all treatments.

Physiotherapy
Wilna- mari is our in house physiotherapist. Wilna-mari van Staden qualified from the University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2003 and obtained her Masters Degree from the University of the Witwaterand in Johannesburg 2012 specialising in Musculoskeletal conditions especially neck, back, joint and sport related injuries. She worked in her own private practices from 2008 until 2020 when she immigrated to Scotland with her two daughters.
Wilna-mari is a current social runner, enjoys pilates, yoga and gym and has two World Titles in Karate. She is passionate about people and helping overcome injury to move with joy! Being currently full time employed in the NHS as the Clinical lead for First contact Physiotherapists in the GP practice, Wilna-mari has partnered with TriFitness and started her Saturday clinic with the same ethos and values of TriFitness: “to overcome inequalities and provide unique and innovative partnership collaborations to maximise opportunities for improved physical and mental health and wellbeing. Together we are committed to the creation of a healthier, happier and stronger community within the Scottish Borders”
