We aim to provide a high quality library service which meets the need of local communities and supports lifelong learning and to deliver high quality advice, information and assistance to members of the public on a range of Council Services.
Bookbug is a fun filled free event for 0 to 5 year-olds and their parents or carers. The Bookbug programme provides free books, activities and guidance to help improve their reading ability and language development. Bookbug sessions run term time only so please ask library staff for details.
Kelso Readers Group meets on the last Tuesday of the Month at 14:15 – 15:45 in Kelso Library Contact Centre.
If you want to learn how to surf like a pro and get the most out of your internet experience, then you should try one of our beginner’s computer courses. Find out more about Get Clicking and Get Surfing. These free courses are run on demand so please ask library staff for details.
Various small exhibitions are in association with SBC Museums and Galleries The Kelso Archive.
There will be a variety of displays running throughout the year featuring some of the treasures from ‘The Kelso Archive’ and highlighting some of the unique documents discovered in the collection.
