Welcome to the Mobile Libraries Information page!

There are three Mobile Libraries currently serving the Scottish Borders, with two vehicles stopping at selected sites every 2 weeks and one visiting rural primary schools every 4 weeks.

Over on the right there, you will find our current timetables for the East and West routes as well as the upcoming, updated timetables beginning in July.

As well as hopping on board and browsing the shelves, you can request books online using our Connect and Collect Service! and pick them up from any of the Mobiles stops as well as Morebattle shop or The Ancrum Pantry. This is a great alternative to allow you to browse the full catalogue in the comfort of your own home, just select MBLIB as the pick-up location when you order online.
