Weight equipment: 2 x half racks, dumbells (2.5kg-30kg), 5 x medicine balls (3kg-15kg), lat pull down/row (5kg-100kg), dual adjustable pulley, leg press (5kg-100kg), 3 x benches, dip station, boxing rig, turbo tank, leg extension/curl (5kg-100kg), shoulder/chest press (5kg-100kg), ab/abduction machine (5kg-100kg), bicep curl machine (5kg-100kg), plyo box, battle ropes, 4 x pump bars (5kg-20kg).
