Here are some simple steps to get you started
If you are a new member intending on using our Gyms, we request you undertake a quick induction with a member of the team. We will show you around, and make sure you are comfortable using all of the equipment, issue you with a membership card, get you logged into our App, and answer any questions you may have. You can contact your chosen venue to book an induction.
If you are a returning member, or only interested in Swimming or Classes, you don’t need to undertake an induction. A member of our team will issue you with a membership card, make sure you are logged into our App, and answer any questions you may have, when you first visit.
Please note if you have selected corporate, disability or student membership, you must follow the steps at the bottom of this page.
In the meantime, here is some key information
Download the Live Borders App! You can view timetables and book your Classes, Swims or Gym sessions, straight from the App.
Once downloaded use the login details included in your welcome email to start booking your sessions. Booking cannot be easier. All your booked sessions will automatically show in ‘My Bookings’ on the homepage. Here you can amend, delete or reschedule any sessions.

CORPORATE / DISABILITY / STUDENT MEMBERSHIPS
If you have selected a concessionary rate at sign up, we will need you to provide evidence of eligibility. Please email membership@liveborders.org.uk to send a photograph or a scan of your documentation.
For those who are eligible for the concessionary rate for reasons other than age or disability, your membership fees will revert to the full rate after one year. To retain the lower rate, you can provide continued evidence of eligibility, any time up to 7 days before the collection date of month 13.
We will review the proof you provide to verify your eligibility for a concession membership. Once confirmed, we will securely dispose of the document and will not retain it on record. Please view our Privacy Statement HERE.

Disability
Proof of Disability: A letter from your doctor or another relevant medical professional, A Disability Living Allowance (DLA) decision letter, A Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter, A Blue Badge or Disabled Person’s Bus Pass. -
Students
Proof of Student Status (over 24yrs): University or College Student ID Card, International Student Identity Card (ISIC) -
Corporate
Proof of Corporate Status: Staff ID Badge, Payslip, Letter of employment.
